Central Taqueria is a must-visit for anyone who loves tacos. The flavor profiles are incredibly unique, delicious, and well-thought-out. Their al pastor tacos are life-changing. The setup is simple and casual, with just a few tables and an order-at-the-register system. Once you've placed your order, the food is brought to your table. What makes the experience even better is the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The manager was present during our visit and greeted us in the friendliest way. He took the time to walk around, checking in with diners to ensure everyone was satisfied. It's clear that customer happiness is a priority here.

Love this place. The owner is the sweetest person! He truly cares about the culture and quality of food. The food is delicious and authentic. The ambience is stupendous. Recommend the Al pastor tacos and an horchata to drink.

I ordered the 3-taco pastor and was overall satisfied. The combination of onion, pineapple, and seasoned pork worked well together. I also added the guacamole for $2 extra, which comes in two small containers (more than enough for 3 tacos). The pork was not too fatty (a good thing) and tasted a little sweet (maybe cinnamon-y too?). The order was ready when I got there and the service was friendly. I would stop by again if I'm in the area and wanted a quick bite for sure!

I loved the place and the food, I will come back more often. Guacamole is the best I've ever tasted

The food was delicious. The service was ok could have been better. I asked for the pastor to be crispy and with flour tortilla and the first one was not crispy and it came with corn tortilla. The second one I ordered was good as I asked. There are some seating inside and some outside as well. Over all good food and will come back again.

Amazing good - the cochinita taco deserves all its praise - tasty, unique and filling!!! Loved the al pastor taco too. Spicy sauces were varied and the haberno was definitely spicy. Casual taco place with reasonable prices and a must try cochinita taco!
